The architectural project is a synthesis resulting from the crossing and integration of different aspects: the interpretation of the place, the effective response to the programme and the option for a constructive system and finishing materials adequate to the physical achievement of the idea.
The project is based on the desire to develop a complementary programme to the existing house, authored by the architect Noé Diniz, contemplating a dwelling area and a leisure area.
The area, further east of the site, was chosen for the construction of the new building, in the place where there was an useless construction.

The building is organized from two great gestures, which define the spaces related to the swimming pool and the dwelling. It is implanted in relation to the vast garden and with the well that existed there.
The design and consequently the whole spatial conception has as its guiding principle the serene continuity between the interior and exterior spaces. This slight limit is emphasized by the transparency of large glazed surfaces and the possibility of openings, diluting any border sensation.
The volumes are light and suspended, as if the gravity that attracts them to the ground is attenuated. The liquid surface of the pool also challenges its condition, reflecting the sky. The spaces are sensitive, connected and permeable.
